What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

We are so excited to have you in our salon! You will receive text/e-mail reminders once your appointment is booked, 72, & 24 hours before your appointment, this will conveniently allow you to pop it in your calendar right from the there. 

If you have inspiration photos that you would like to share with your stylist prior to your appointment, you can email those to us at hendrixsalon.info@gmail.com and we will get those to your stylist to review.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call or text us at 720-432-7172 and our Salon Manager will assist you.

Arriving at the Salon

Our salon is located on 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge, CO. We are neighbors to many amazing restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, including Stylus & Crate Coffee, Get Rights Bakery, Colorado Plus Brewery, and Out of Step Clay Pottery to name a few.

Parking is a breeze at Hendrix Salon as we have our own private lot available for our guests.

Plan on arriving a bit early for your appointment so you can settle in and have some “me time”. You’ll be greeted with a smile and warm welcome by our team! Our front desk team or your stylist will guide you over to the chair within minutes. Now the fun part! 

The Complete Experience

Be confident in knowing that your visit will start with a thorough consultation that will include learning about your hair goals, discussing inspiration photos, chat about your timeframe, beauty budget, hair health, and anything else that comes up. Transparency and trust is what we strive for.

You will be offered a refreshment of your choice including coffee, tea, sparkling water, wine, or possibly a mimosa if you come on a Saturday! We also provide a rotating selection of snack options for your enjoyment.

Once the service starts you will be able to enjoy a soothing shampoo and luxurious scalp massage, relaxing processing space with magazines, charging outlets, free wifi, and more drinks/snacks if you desire.

After your desired look is complete, you'll get a deep dive into how to style, care for, and maintain your new look. We'll chat products, tools, and how long until we meet again. Your hair health is important to us!

Your visit ends with after service photo sessions, flexible payment options including payment plans, & setting a date for your next session.
